Arkan is being developed by El Badr for investments and commercial spaces who is both the owner as well as the general contractor for the project .
El Badr was founded in 2006 with the primary goal of being the leading developer of commercial ,retail, and administrative real estate developments in Egypt .
El Badr leverages the superior expertise of it's founders and board of directors,all of whom have developed and built some of the most iconic commercial as well as residential real estate projects in Egypt and the region .

Sheikh Zayed city is one of the new major "new cities" being developed on the outskirts of Cairo .it is a complete city that along with 6th of October city ,make up the urban centers of West Cairo.Sheikh Zayed stands out as a well designed and carefully planned city with modern infrastructure and several access routes .it is playing a partial role in absorbing the exponential grouth of downtown Cairo's population and is expected ,along with the 6 October to have a population of over 5 millions inhabitants over the coming few years.it houses some of Egypt and the Middle East's top residential and commercial developments by the region's biggest names .the city is the closest urban center to the Giza Pyramids as well as the new Egyptian Museum which makes it a prime touristic destination as well.
Arkan is located on a 32000 m2 land plot on the 26th of july corridor which is the major commuting spine of West Cairo .the corridor or "Mehwar" as it is known is the Gateway to Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October city .
Arkan is situated on the main commercial and retail spine of the Mehwar which boasts numerous state of the art projects by Egypt's biggest and the most renowned developers.The area is already becoming a commercial hub for city and is expected to be one of the middle east's major commercial locations within the coming years "In Shaa Allah|" .
"There are some new introductions to the Cairene dining scene as well. Dar ward Syrian Aleppo Cusine Caracas a Lebanese restaurant, and Olive & Oil a bistro style eatery are already gaining a clientele. A new Egyptian food restaurant called Baladina has an outdoor seating area set in Egyptian village style. In fact all the eateries have outdoor seating which is particularly pleasant in the cool summer nights. The fact that almost everyone serves shisha is not to my liking, but then again it seems to be the single most important item on the menu for a large number of men and women."
i think that i'm lucky to have my work as a slaes and marketing manager in Kayan For General Trading and contracting located in Arkan so i taste this atmosphere all working days. i like this place really so if you not yet visit Arkan ,try to do it or to rent new office there or to visit our office there .
